Cancellation or change by you:

If you ask to rearrange your booking, Your Somerset Retreat will make every effort to rearrange a retreat, especially if this is due to illness, or other exceptional circumstances.

If your booking cannot be rearranged, or you need to cancel the retreat, the following policy will be applied:

More than 12 weeks’ notice before the booked retreat you will receive a full refund.
Between 8-12 weeks’ notice you will receive a 50% refund.
If you cancel within 6 weeks of the booked retreat we are unable to offer a refund.

Cancellation or change by us:

In the exceptional circumstance that a booked retreat is cancelled, and a mutually convenient rearranged date cannot be found, our only liability to you will be to refund the total of the fees which we have received from you in respect of the booked retreat, less any previously processed refunds.

Travel Insurance:
It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate travel insurance for this trip.

Privacy Policy:
We request your information to enable us to keep you up to date with news and events at Your Somerset Retreat, to book you onto your chosen retreat, to process your payment and to gather feedback from your experience.
We do not share your information with any third party and the information we hold can be inspected, corrected or removed at anytime by contacting caroline@yoursomersetretreat.com using ‘GDPR request’ in the subject line.

Personal effects:
Your Somerset Retreat does not accept any liability for loss, damage or theft of your personal effects, it is your responsibility to ensure you keep your valuables secure.

Dietary requirements:
While we try to accommodate your dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergy-free diet as the kitchens we use are not entirely under our control. Your Somerset Retreat will not assume any liability for adverse reactions from the food consumed, or items you may come in contact with whilst staying at the property.

We reserve the right to ask any guests to leave whose behaviour is disruptive or threatening (no refund will be offered).

Additional needs:
Should you require specialised facilities, you must contact us while booking and we will be able to advise whether the Lodge will be suitable for you.
